Announcing UI updates that allow minimizing the presence list in chat, and provides a larger chat panel size when the left navigation menu is minimized (desktop). Hopefully for now this will provide a slightly enhanced experience, comments/feedback in chat! @brazilianmanpdx @pete @anon
